Description
A sterling silver pendant crafted in the form of a stylized thunderbird, featuring an oval turquoise cabochon centrally set within the chest area. The silver exhibits an oxidized finish with stamped and applied decorative elements, including scrolls, lines, and small beads. The pendant is suspended from a decorated bail. Visible markings on the reverse include "STERLING, " the artist’s initials "AL, " and a pictorial mark resembling a stylized bighorn sheep. A white label affixed to the back identifies the piece as "NAVAJO HANDMADE" by "ALLEN LEE" and specifies "SS KINGMAN TURQ."
