All jewelry packages shipped Domestically in the US will be handled and shipped by Retro Roadshow Auctions through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping cost is a flat $5.00 for each item, with a minimum charge of $15.00 and maximum of $30.00. Insurance will be billed $1.00 for every $100.00 spent.
Packages containing larger items will ship for the cost of postage plus the specified cost of materials and handling.
We ship to the "shipping address" listed on your invoice. It is your responsibility to make sure this is correct, and notify us of any discrepancies immediately. Change of shipping address may require verification of address association by driver's license or other documentation. For high value invoices, or if address change is needed, you may be required to send full auction payment plus shipping by wire transfer.
Any additional shipping costs for undelivered packages are the customer's responsibility.
After auction payment is received, items will be packed in 2-5 business days. We sometimes have hundreds of orders to sort, pack, and process shipping info for which can take up to 7-10 business days, please be patient.
When we print your shipping label, your tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address on file. Check your spam folder before reaching out about shipping status.
