Description
A sterling silver necklace by Navajo artist Marita Benally, featuring an elongated oval link chain suspending a central decorative bar. The bar displays a symmetrical design with a central fluted or scalloped element flanked by two stylized, elongated motifs, each terminating in a small, bezel-set, round cabochon of Kingman turquoise. Visible markings include ‘925’ on the spring ring clasp and a distinctive Running Bear Shop hallmark on the reverse of the central bar. An attached tag identifies the piece as ‘MARITA BENALLY NAVAJO HANDMADE SS KINGMAN TURQ NECKLACE’.
