Description
A Navajo ring by Gilbert Nez, featuring a large-format rectangular face set with six oval cabochon-cut Egyptian turquoise stones, arranged in two columns of three. The turquoise exhibits varied shades of blue with prominent brown and black matrix. The setting and adjustable split shank are crafted from sterling silver, which shows an aged patina and is adorned with stamped decorative motifs. The reverse of the setting is stamped "Gilbert Nez" and also bears an adhesive label stating "GILBERT NEZ NAVAJO HANDMADE SS EGYPTIAN TUR ADJUST. $1,500".
