Description
A pair of Navajo turquoise cluster sterling silver dangle earrings by Juliana Benally. Each earring comprises a circular stud top connected to an oval drop. Both sections are crafted from a silver-toned metal and profusely set with numerous small, bezel-set turquoise cabochons, some exhibiting natural matrix. The design features a central stone surrounded by radiating stones on the circular top, and an elongated central stone flanked by rows of smaller stones on the oval drop, characteristic of Southwestern Native American cluster or needlepoint styles, with visible rope-like detailing around the stone settings. The reverse of both the upper and lower sections of each earring is clearly stamped "JB Sterling."
