Description
This necklace features a graduated three-stone pendant in a Navajo style, attributed to Navajo artist Eli Skeets. The pendant comprises a pear-shaped Kingman turquoise cabochon at the top and two round Kingman turquoise cabochons below, all displaying prominent brown matrix. Each stone is bezel-set in sterling silver, with decorative twisted wire borders and spherical embellishments. The pendant is suspended from an oxidized rolo link chain, secured by a lobster clasp. The reverse of the uppermost pendant element is stamped with the letter "E" above "STERLING, " consistent with the artist’s mark.
Measurements: Total length approximately 19 inches. Pendant drop approximately 3.5 inches.
