A rectangular sterling silver belt buckle featuring a central mosaic inlay panel. The inlay depicts a multi-tiered structure, characteristic of a pueblo, under a night sky with celestial elements. The intricate inlay utilizes various materials including onyx, coral, opal, jasper, mother of pearl. The reverse of the buckle is marked "BB Sterling" and bears a retail sticker with the text "Betty Bitsie Inlay.By. Lester James" and a handwritten price.
