Description
A matched pair of Native American Navajo sterling silver dangle earrings. Each earring features a small bear figure from which a decorative cross-shaped pendant is suspended. The cross is centrally set with a round blue cabochon stone, likely turquoise, and embellished with stamped geometric and line patterns. Below the cross, two feather-shaped drops are attached. The reverse of each cross is clearly marked "AJM" and "Sterling" within a rectangular cartouche. The earrings exhibit a Native American or Southwestern style.
