Description
A Navajo sterling silver ring by Tillie Jon featuring a large, oval cabochon-cut White Buffalo stone. The stone is characterized by its white ground and prominent black veining, set in a plain bezel, bordered by a twisted wire accent and an outer perimeter of small silver beads. The ring’s wide, split shank tapers towards the back, adorned with stamped geometric designs, including serrated zigzags within diamond shapes on the shoulders. Visible markings on the interior of the band include "STERLING" and "T.JON". An attached tag further identifies the piece as "TILLIE JOHN NAVAJO HANDMADE" and "SS WHITE BUFFALO RING SZ. 6".
