Description
A contemporary Navajo sterling silver and multi-stone inlaid bib necklace by Tracy Peshlakai. This piece is crafted from sterling silver and features a graduated bib-style front composed of articulating rectangular links. Each link is inlaid with a mosaic of white material, likely shell, and blue stone, consistent with lapis lazuli displaying gold flecks. The inlay patterns within each segment are geometric and abstract. The reverse of the necklace displays an engraved maker’s mark "T. Peshlakai" along with two adhesive labels identifying the piece as "TRACY PESHLAKAI NAVAJO HANDMADE" and an "SS MULTI STONE NECK SET", as well as "HOZHO" shop hallmark with a price of "$2,750."
