Description
A Navajo Sterling Silver ring by John Skeets, featuring an elongated teardrop-shaped Spiny Oyster cabochon stone of a deep reddish-purple hue, centrally set within a plain bezel. The bezel is framed by decorative elements including a twisted rope wire and small silver bead accents at the top and bottom. The reverse of the ring’s bezel is stamped with the initials "JS, " and the shank is marked "STERLING, " confirming the metal content. An accompanying label identifies the artisan as John Skeets, Navajo, and specifies the stone as Spiny Oyster.
Ring face measures approximately 1.75 inches (4.5 cm) in length and 0.75 inches (1.9 cm) in width.
