Smithsonian Replica 75 carot Hooker Emerald Silver Tone Rhinestone Necklace Brooch once mounted on an Ottoman Saultons Buckle Tiffany & Co set the emerald in Sterling Silver and made it into a Brooch Pendant. Comes in case case has a dent as shown in photos.
