Description
A Navajo sterling tufa-cast ring by Lee Begay, featuring a prominent, stylized design of a figure resembling a Native American kachina with a fanned headdress. The entire piece exhibits a heavily textured, granular surface, consistent with the tufa-cast technique. The central figure is intentionally oxidized to a dark finish, providing a strong contrast with the lighter, textured headdress and ring band. The ring is stamped "LEE BEGAY 19" inside the band.
