Description
A contemporary Navajo multi-stone and sterling silver cluster necklace. The central pendant features a cluster motif set with eleven teardrop-shaped cabochon stones, including a central green stone exhibiting matrix, surrounded by ten additional stones in varying shades of green, orange, and dark red/burgundy. The orange stones are consistent with Spiny Oyster, as indicated by web research. The pendant is suspended from an oval-link sterling silver chain with an intentional darkened patina, secured by a lobster clasp. The reverse of the pendant bears "RB" maker’s mark, and an adhered label identifying the piece as ‘ROBERT SHAKEY NAVAJO HANDMADE SS MULTI STONE NECKLACE $650’.
